However, in the contemporary world where most times, convenience is more important than nutritional quality, the misapplication of food is rife and has immensely affected our lives. Since foods are supposed to feed us and give us strength, their improper consumption might cause numerous health issues of acuteness and chronic.

Consequently, regarding food as the sustenance and fulfillment of life and existence, the abuse of the necessities of life yields disastrous consequences. Because proper information about the use of food and the benefits of understanding the importance of a healthy diet are rarely provided, food misuse negatively affects people’s health and can be avoided if the general public is well informed about the importance of moderation and proper diet.
