Title: The Risk That Results from Having a Poor Health: An Evaluation

In the current generation, due to the intensified life schedules and hustles, people rarely take time and efforts to afford proper health to their body and lives. Nonetheless, there are adverse aspects of failing to pay additional attention to one’s well-being. Starting from mobility restrictions to pressure on the psyche, it is possible to state how detrimental the consequences of a weak health state are for a living.

First of all, it is apparent that, due to weak health, people cannot enjoy life to the fullest. Chronic pain, high level of fatigue or proneness to illnesses has the potential of limiting functioning to a large extent and decreases the quality of life. This limitation is not only in the physical but also in the mental and emotional spheres of an individual. Such stress caused by constant illness or discomfort elevates stress, anxiety, and even depression levels, which as we know are not helpful for the improvement of a person’s health.

Furthermore, the condition of health affects the efficiency and hence the economy. Sickness causes a person to be away from work or if on the job, becomes less productive, thus placing him/her under financial pressure, and the chance of promotions is passed on to other workers. Over time, if these problems are not treated, they become progressively severe, and this increases the overall cost of medical bills and the level of diminished output at the workplace.

Socially, poor health result in loneliness as well as conflicts with the partners or other members of family. Illiness may confine an individual to bed hence cannot be able to socially interact freely the same way as before, mentally illness may also affect on’s emotions hence can’s not be able maintain social relations as before. This seclusion can increase feelings of loneliness and this have an impact on the feeling of the patient of being rejected by the society.

In conclusion, one can state that poor health has numerous unfold effects, all of which depend on several factors, such as life expectancy. These disadvantages are largely compensatable though healthy lifestyle, exercise and early attention to medical conditions which can lead to a healthier and happier life. Thus, when we invest in our health today we are in fact sowing seeds for a brighter tomorrow, a true reaping of a healthier tomorrow.
